Join us and become part of this story. **Responsibilities:** * + Provide in-person and multi-channel communication support to customers and real estate agents. + Receive packages whenever necessary; + Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing meeting rooms; + Order office supplies, cleaning materials, and kitchen provisions; + Prepare coffee for the office, serve beverages, and clean coffee and water utensils; + Conduct weekly mailbox inspections; + Maintain office order and tidiness. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; currently studying Administration or related fields; * Prior experience in customer service or sales; **Behavioral Competencies Required for This Role:** * + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Proactivity and agility + Organization and attention to detail + Empathy and courtesy + Teamwork
