At Magnum, you will have the opportunity to build your career path within a team that values sustainable growth, encourages development, and is committed to excellence. **\#AMagnumÉShow** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support in controlling, recording, and sending purchases, utility bills, commissions, and other expenses for payment; * Procurement of office and cleaning supplies; * Structuring quotations for purchases exceeding authorized limits; * Recording contracts and purchase orders in the ERP system; * Active communication with suppliers; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be aged between 18 and 22; * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of Google Workspace; * Strong communication skills and a collaborative profile; * Familiarity with computer applications is desirable; * Good organizational skills and attention to detail; * Currently enrolled in Administration or Logistics studies; **Additional Information** * Transportation allowance; * Focus on career development planning; For over three decades, we have continued moving forward with the same essence that marked the beginning of our journey.
