Conduct training sessions and continuously improve methodologies **JOB POSTING:** **About the Position** We are seeking a Senior Planning Analyst to work on our construction projects, contributing to the development of robust executive schedules, strategic planning, and data-driven decisions. This is a role requiring strong technical leadership and systemic vision to support excellence across our projects. **Main Responsibilities** Lead critical executive planning activities, such as contractor closing meetings and phase-based package definition. Identify planning deviations, perform critical analyses, and propose replanning and improvements to execution sequences. Build and update comprehensive schedules (physical schedule, histogram, weight curve, and descriptive memorandum). Conduct technical negotiations with contractors and suppliers to define timelines and responsibilities. Consolidate and disseminate key departmental reports and indicators, focusing on decision-making. Conduct training sessions and share technical knowledge with the team. Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental methodologies, tools, and routines. **Mandatory Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Solid experience in residential construction planning; Proficiency in planning tools; Strong communication skills, strategic vision, and critical analytical ability; Willingness to reside in Balneário Piçarras. **Desirable Requirements** Postgraduate degree in related fields; Proficiency in Prevision software; Employment Type; CLT.
