Our focus is on quality, planning, transparency, and continuous improvement of construction processes. The internship will be conducted with **direct on-site supervision in Itapema**, offering practical learning and professional development. **What You Will Learn and Do Daily** Here, you will gain real on-site exposure and experience engineering workflows: * Monitor construction execution (foundations, structural work, and finishes); * Assist in quantity take-offs and measurements; * Support procurement and input material control; * Complete and maintain the site diary; * Assist in quality control of completed works; * Support completion of service verification forms (SVFs); **What We Expect From You** * Currently enrolled in **Civil Engineering program from the 3rd semester onward**; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and eagerness to learn; * Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**; * Familiarity with **AutoCAD** is considered a plus. **What We Offer** * Real on-site experience and professional development; * Collaborative environment and growth opportunities; * Market-competitive internship stipend; Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$1\.400,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
