Job Summary: Ensure stability, standardization, and continuous improvement of production processes in the printing industry, guaranteeing compliance with technical requirements and quality standards. Experience in quality control and quality management systems (ISO). **MISSION** Ensure stability, standardization, and continuous improvement of production processes in the printing industry, guaranteeing compliance with technical requirements, quality standards, and customer requirements through structured process management, data analysis, team leadership, and implementation of actions that promote operational efficiency, reduction of losses, and high industrial performance. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise and ensure standardization of production processes, promoting continuous improvement; * Supervise the Quality Management System, ensuring organization, updating, and document traceability; * Monitor quality indicators, analyzing deviations and proposing corrective actions; * Lead the handling of internal and external nonconformities; * Ensure application of root cause analysis methodologies (5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.); * Analyze process and quality performance indicators; * Monitor production process performance, making adjustments and improvements as needed to ensure consistent quality and operational efficiency; * Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented actions and promote adjustments when necessary; * Serve as a technical support point interfacing with Production, Engineering, Sales, and customers in critical situations; * Develop procedures, workflows, and mapping of industrial and administrative processes; * Comply with and enforce company standards, processes, and policies; * Perform other activities of equivalent complexity, as required by the department/company. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality control within industrial environments, including at least 2 years in supervisory or team leadership roles. * Experience in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.). * Experience in internal and external audits, data analysis, and nonconformance management. * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Quality, Process Management, or related areas is an advantage. * Certification as Internal Auditor (ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or equivalent), Green Belt, Black Belt, or Lean is an advantage.
