




Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing, reviewing, and standardizing quality procedures; controlling documents; identifying non-conformities; and conducting audits. Application of quality tools and root cause analysis Quality Analyst Responsibilities: * Develop, review, and standardize Quality Procedures (QPs) and Work Instructions, * Control documents of the Quality Management System (QMS) and master lists, * Identify and address non-conformities, performing root cause analysis (Ishikawa, 5 Whys), * Plan and conduct internal audits and support external audits (PBQP-H), * Monitor quality indicators (KPIs) and develop tracking dashboards, * Map processes, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement, * Monitor construction sites, performing technical inspections (site organization, materials, execution, waste), * Monitor the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and prepare Data Books; support training and promote quality culture. Requirements: * Experience in quality management within construction projects or civil engineering, * Knowledge of ISO 9001 and PBQP-H, * Experience with quality tools (PDCA, Pareto, FMEA, Ishikawa), * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Power BI knowledge (preferred), * Experience with MOBUSS system (preferred), * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (completed or in progress).
