Promote engagement in continuous improvement A textile industry is seeking a Process Engineering Coordinator in Brusque (São Pedro). **Responsibilities:** Lead projects using Lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, PDCA, A3, SMED, among others). Map, analyze, and optimize processes to ensure standardization and efficiency. Establish performance indicators (KPIs), monitor results, and propose corrective actions. Collaborate with production areas to reduce waste, rework, bottlenecks, and process cycle times through Time and Motion studies. Develop and monitor short-, medium-, and long-term improvement action plans.
