If you are interested and meet the job requirements, we would be delighted to meet you! Requirements: Completed Nursing Technician course; Active COREN-SC registration. Main Responsibilities: Investigate surgical site infections: cesarean, orthopedic, cardiac, neurological, and mastectomy-related; Verify validity of invasive devices in patients and actively screen for stroke (AVC) patients; Monitor multidisciplinary team compliance with hand hygiene quality and hospital best practices; Assist in printing bacterial culture test reports, segregating multidrug-resistant organisms; Monitor patients under special precautions (contact and respiratory); Populate spreadsheets for hospital indicator reporting; Collect water samples for bacterioscopic and physicochemical analysis according to department routine; Identify, via system, patients under special precautions and notify the responsible department; Provide targeted guidance during departmental audits, as well as conduct specific training when required. Availability to work on-site in Itajaí/SC. Schedule: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
