Job Summary: Conduct audits, develop and monitor action plans for continuous improvement of production processes, analyze indicators, and implement preventive and corrective measures. Preventive and corrective work for process excellence Responsibilities and Duties * Conduct audits on production processes in the finishing area to ensure compliance with established quality standards; * Develop and monitor action plans jointly with the finishing team to achieve continuous process improvement; * Lead periodic meetings to track defined actions, ensuring adherence to agreed deadlines; * Analyze quality inspection indicators, identifying issues and proposing improvements; * Implement preventive and corrective measures to contribute to process and product excellence. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently pursuing a degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:40 PM.
