This is a position requiring 100% on-site work in Blumenau/SC. **How you will make an impact:** * Support operations on technical matters related to the Quality Management System. * Assist in processes, methods, and work routines that ensure higher and more efficient productivity while minimizing costs; conduct business process assessments; provide support to company departments; develop standards through processes, procedures, and workflows; standardize forms and conduct internal audits; act as an internal multiplier of procedures and standards; manage documents related to the quality area; develop quality indicators; collect information and distribute documents, supporting the Quality Manager/Coordinator. * Support departments involved in enhancing manufacturing/production processes as well as administrative processes within the business area: * Execute low-complexity process mapping in business areas to establish standardized processes and identify improvement opportunities; * Assist in implementing quality methodologies (Lean 6 Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, among others); * Participate in root cause investigations and development of action plans to address Non-Conformities identified during production process inspections, interacting with responsible departments to implement solutions. * Support activities related to Quality certifications. * Support planning and monitoring of internal audits of the Quality Management System and process audits, analyzing non-conformities and supporting business areas in using quality tools for root cause analysis and implementation of improvement and corrective actions. * Support planning and monitoring of external certification and/or customer audits, acting as a facilitator to meet auditors’ needs and assisting audited departments in demonstrating compliance with regulatory requirements. * Support business areas in analyses aimed at identifying low-complexity projects for improvement and operational excellence.
