Maintain a clean, organized environment and monitor the quality of ingredients We seek a Kitchen Assistant with great enthusiasm and motivation to join our team in Balneário Camboriú, SC; our client specializes in quick snacks. **Responsibilities:** Perform cutting and preparation of meats, salads and grains; Assist the cook; Prepare fried portions; Prepare juices; Store ingredients properly; Monitor product/ingredient expiration dates and quality; Package and release snacks; Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment; **Requirements:** Completed high school education Clear communication skills; Good interpersonal skills; Agility; Proactivity; Organization and attention to detail; Kitchen experience; Strong sense of cleanliness and hygiene. **Working Hours:** Tuesday to Thursday: 6:40 PM to 2:20 AM.
