We are seeking an **Import Analyst** to oversee import operations end-to-end, ensuring operational excellence, cross-departmental alignment, and a consultative experience for clients and partners throughout the entire import journey. **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide daily client support, overseeing import operations from start to finish; * Create and monitor processes in the Conexos ERP system, ensuring organization, timely updates, and deadline compliance; * Register NCM codes, request cost simulations, and support processes related to Import Declarations (ID), ICMS, and Import Licenses (LI); * Review documentation and interface with customs brokers, freight forwarders, exporters, and clients; * Monitor foreign exchange closing, shipments, LI approvals, and document tracking; * Verify bills of lading (BL/AWB) and validate operational instructions; * Request international and road freight quotations when necessary; * Monitor cargo readiness daily, anticipate risks, and support deviation resolution; * Support assistants and collaborate closely with departments involved in operations; * Contribute to process improvements, operational organization, and continuous area development. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in import operations, including end-to-end processes and trading-based operations; * Basic to intermediate English proficiency. ### **You’ll shine even brighter here if you have** * Experience with the Conexos ERP system; * Knowledge of tax incentives; * Experience with Account & Order and Consignment operations. **Additional information** **What you’ll find here** ============================ * A structured environment with clear processes and room to act autonomously and responsibly; * Close interaction with various group departments and businesses, broadening your expertise and strategic vision; * Hands-on exposure to real-world challenges, with a dynamic pace and continuous development; * Opportunities for continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth; * An environment built by passionate people with complementary profiles and a genuine desire to build together. **Benefits that make a difference** ==================================== * Flash flexible — R$ 1\.280,00 monthly, usable as best fits your daily needs: meals, mobility, culture, health, and more. * Unimed health plan — with only 10% employee contribution and 100% company-covered copayment. * Uniodonto dental plan. * Life insurance — because security is also part of a great work experience. * Pharmacy partnership offering exclusive discounts. * Education allowance — reimbursement of up to 50% for undergraduate studies, per internal policy. * Partnership with Open English for English language development. * Birthday day off, to enjoy your special day your way. * PPR (Profit Sharing Program), per internal policy.
