Join us and become part of this story. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in developing interior architecture projects—from initial studies through executive detailing. * Support BIM project development, including technical drawing production using Archicad. * Contribute to interior detailing development, including carpentry and construction solutions. * Assist in specifying materials, finishes, furniture, and decoration. * Support preparation of project presentations and renderings. * Organize and review technical drawings and project files. * Assist in coordinating projects across disciplines. * Collaborate in organizing catalogs, material samples, and material libraries. * Perform plotter output of drawings and sheets when required. * Monitor construction progress, providing team support. * Assist in reviewing budgets. * Provide general support to the team regarding project development tasks. **Required Qualifications:** **Currently enrolled in Architecture and Urbanism or Interior Design programs, from the 5th semester onward.** * Basic knowledge of interior architecture projects. * Familiarity with or interest in learning Archicad; prior experience is a plus. * Basic understanding of BIM and ability to read technical drawings. * Basic knowledge of interior and carpentry detailing. * Familiarity with field measurement surveying and interpretation. * Basic understanding of budget reading and analysis. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. * Interest in materials, finishes, and construction solutions. **Required Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity: initiative to learn, research, and actively support the team. * Attention to detail: rigor in preparing drawings, measurements, and verifications. * Organization: ability to structure information, files, and concurrent tasks. * Sense of responsibility: especially regarding delivery quality and deadlines. * Teamwork: collaboration with architects, suppliers, and construction teams. * Strong communication: clarity in reporting field information and project alignments. * Commitment to deadlines: understanding the importance of schedules. * Flexibility and continuous learning: adaptability to different project and construction phases. * Professional and ethical conduct: responsibility toward confidential information, construction sites, and clients.
