This professional will play a fundamental role in technical analysis and project monitoring, ensuring alignment among designed solutions, FG’s construction standards, and on-site execution feasibility. The position requires systemic vision, analytical capability, and strong interaction with multidisciplinary teams. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the interface point between the project development area and construction execution teams; * Monitor and analyze projects developed jointly with the group’s project management team; * Evaluate project compliance with FG Empreendimentos’ construction and quality standards; * Identify interferences or critical points that may impact on-site execution; * Support construction teams in the technical interpretation of projects and clarification of doubts during execution; * Anticipate needs for adjustments or refinements to projects prior to commencement of construction phases; * Monitor implementation of solutions on site, verifying adherence between design and execution. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Engineering; * Advanced or fluent English; * Experience in project coordination/compatibility is a plus; * Prior experience in project management or coordination within civil construction; * Ability to read and analyze multidisciplinary executive projects; * Knowledge of BIM methodology; * Experience with project management software. **IMPORTANT INFORMATION!** ***This position is also open to candidates with disabilities (PwDs)*** **Employment Type**: CLT **Work Model**: Fully on-site position in Balneário Camboriú/SC. **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM. **Benefits/Facilities – CLT:** Meal Allowance – BRL 38.18 per working day (available via Pluxee Brasil Card), with no payroll deduction; Transportation Voucher via Viação Praiana (optional, with 6% payroll deduction); Unimed Health Plan – APS Regional (optional), effective after 3 months of probation.
