**About the Position** We are seeking a professional with an analytical mindset, strategic vision, and a focus on continuous improvement to work in the Finance Control and Financial Planning area. This role will play a fundamental part in supporting the company's decision-making process, ensuring the reliability of financial information, developing strategic analyses, and advancing departmental processes. We seek someone with a critical eye, the ability to transform data into insights, and close collaboration with business units. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the company's budgeting process, ensuring alignment with business strategies; * Build, review, and validate financial assumptions in collaboration with relevant departments; * Develop financial analyses and scenario simulations to support profitability and feasibility studies; * Monitor the company's financial performance by analyzing variances between actual and budgeted results; * Develop and enhance financial models, management reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs); * Support the Finance Control team and Executive Management with clear, objective, and strategic analyses for decision-making; * Ensure the consistency of financial information and contribute to strengthening internal controls; * Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the department. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Solid experience in Finance Control, Financial Planning, or FP\&A; * Strong analytical capability and ability to transform data into strategic information; * Advanced Excel proficiency. **Desirable Requirements** * Familiarity with the Sienge ERP system; * Knowledge of Power BI and/or APIs; * Experience in financial modeling and project feasibility analysis. **Working Hours** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).
