We are looking for a professional responsible for planning the travel itinerary of equipment serving the company, as well as ensuring its compliance by identifying potential and actual non-conformities and planning corrective and preventive actions to enhance the safety of drivers and company equipment. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor the daily operational service schedule; * Track the movements of the Company’s assets to avoid unproductive and unsafe displacements; * Plan and design safe routes for service deliveries and displacements; * Ensure route compliance and identify non-conformities, if any occur; * Implement Safety Practices across Units, in accordance with Risk Management Rules; * Analyze and ensure compliance with instructions established for the Risk Manager; * Provide real-time information to the customer regarding cargo location (Tracking); * Measure area-defined KPIs and develop Action Plans in cases requiring Improvement Opportunities. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in Cargo Transportation; * Minimum 4 years of experience in operations involving Risk Management (e.g., Opentech, Golden Service); * Experience in logistics management operations via Control Tower; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Power BI knowledge is desirable; * Familiarity with Management Systems (ISO, SASSMAQ); * Proficiency in Tracking Technologies: Omnilink, Sascar, Autotrack, OnixSat; * Familiarity with Control Tower Technologies (ATS, Drive.in, etc). **Additional information** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal or Food Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Gympass; * Profit Sharing.
