Here, we value: * Growth mindset * Teamwork and collaboration * Data- and results-driven culture * Continuous innovation * Focus on efficiency and constant improvement **Job Mission** Execute and monitor marketing strategies to promote products or services, analyze campaign performance, identify market trends and consumer behavior, and contribute to achieving the company's business objectives. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop texts, content, graphic materials (catalogs, flyers, manuals), and digital assets, meeting quality and deadline requirements; * Produce success stories for completed projects and submit them for approval by the responsible manager/requester; * Support the production of materials for events and trade shows, adhering to established deadlines; * Conduct supplier quotations and contracting activities, while maintaining an updated supplier database; * Develop email marketing campaigns and optimize lead nurturing workflows across all segments served by the company; * Manage and monitor paid media, as well as execute the product communication plan; * Analyze the customer’s purchase journey and develop ideas and concepts to nurture leads and generate new opportunities; . * Populate, monitor, and keep the company’s social media channels up to date; * Structure and update daily dashboards for tracking all SDR and Ads management KPIs. **✅ Technical Requirements** * Proficiency in Google Analytics. * Knowledge of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads/Facebook Ads). * Familiarity with social media management. * Experience with email marketing. * Ability to create content (texts, basic scripts). * Understanding of Inbound Marketing principles. * Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. * Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., RD Station, HubSpot). * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Social Communication, Business Administration with Marketing emphasis, or related fields (completed or in progress). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, basic Photoshop, basic Illustrator). * Basic video editing skills (for social media). * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level for reporting and analysis). * Ability to interpret data and generate insights. **We thrive on challenges and are constantly evolving.
