A welcoming, collaborative environment with professional growth We are looking for a **Semi-Skilled Worker** who is committed, agile, and possesses strong organizational skills to work on our construction sites—directly supporting activity execution and contributing to smooth site operations. Here, we value professionals who work responsibly, respect safety regulations, and understand that high-quality construction starts from the foundation. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Preparing mortar, concrete, and other construction materials * Assisting in laying bricks, blocks, floor tiles, and cladding * Performing minor demolition, excavation, and leveling tasks * Transporting and organizing materials and tools on-site * Supporting formwork, reinforcement, and structural assembly * Carrying out simple masonry, finishing, or carpentry tasks * Maintaining workplace cleanliness and organization * Complying with safety regulations and correctly using PPE **What we expect from you:** * Completed elementary education * Prior construction experience — position officially recorded in your Work Record Book (CTPS) * Basic knowledge of masonry and carpentry * Attention to safety regulations * Organizational skills, agility, and responsibility * Ability to work effectively in a team **What we offer:** * Birthday day off during your birth month * Special birthday gift via CAJU (+R$100) * CAJU Food Benefit – R$450.00 * Attendance Bonus – R$200.00 starting from the 2nd month of employment * Commemorative gifts for special occasions * A welcoming, collaborative environment with professional growth Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: R$2.500,00 – R$2.750,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
