Responsibilities and duties * Delight customers throughout the sales process by attending to and assisting them whenever necessary; * Assist customers during the purchase completion process; * Receive payments, perform cash register opening and closing procedures, and organize shelves; * Handle cash register organization and opening when necessary; * Perform daily restocking routines, sector organization, and deliveries; Requirements and qualifications * Previous experience in sales, preferably in the industry in which we operate; * High school diploma; * Exceptional communication and persuasion skills; * Basic knowledge of negotiation and sales closing techniques; * Ability to work with targets and under pressure.
