Job Summary: Professional responsible for adjusting injection and blow molding machines to ensure productivity, quality, and organization of the production process. Key Highlights: 1. Adjust injection and blow molding machines of varying complexity 2. Responsible for operator support and production results 3. Analyze and identify non-conformities in machines and molds Join our story as an Injection Machine Technician! What will be your main responsibilities? Perform adjustments on injection and blow molding machines of any complexity; Provide support to operators, mold changers, and material handlers within your cell, as well as ensure productivity, quality, and organizational results. Evaluate individual machine performance and identify functional non-conformities and process deviations; Adjust machines after mold change according to the Process Technical Sheet instructions to achieve optimal operation, producing at standard cycle time and weight, while minimizing scrap and achieving desired quality; Replace air hoses, nozzles, and needles when necessary; Analyze potential issues with machines and molds and request corrective action from the relevant department; Identify the need to update Process Technical Sheets and forward them to the Process Analyst; **Perform support tasks:** Sharpen operators' deburring tools, remove cold runners during color changes, install blowers on molds; Carry out other duties as required; How do you stand out? ‍ ️ Basic knowledge of injection machine and mold mechanics; Technical course in Plastics, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering is desirable; Availability to work in Gaspar/SC.
