If you are looking for a company committed to excellence and that values a culture of continuous improvement, Lean Sales is the right place for you! **Responsibilities and duties:** * Actively prospect and generate qualified leads via phone calls; * Schedule meetings for the sales team with potential customers; * Profile leads based on strategic criteria; * Accurately and systematically record all interactions with leads in the CRM, keeping data up to date; * Actively participate in training sessions, alignment meetings, and professional development initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement of communication skills and sales techniques. Requirements * Good organization, attention to detail, and focus on quality of deliverables; * Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously; * Agility in resolving requests and commitment to meeting goals; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with negotiation ability and handling objections, especially in interactions with companies; * Ethical and responsible attitude when handling sensitive information; * Proficiency in tools such as CRM and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.); * Completed bachelor’s degree, technical degree, or currently pursuing studies in related fields; * Preferred: Fluency in English or Spanish.
