The Cafeteria Assistant plays a fundamental role in this journey, contributing to ensure each customer feels welcomed and experiences the neighborhood even before fully exploring it. **Job Mission:** Provide a welcoming and sophisticated hospitality experience to customers and visitors at the Sales Center, ensuring excellence in customer service, organization, and cafeteria service quality, aligned with Vivapark Porto Belo’s premium positioning. **Key Responsibilities:** Prepare and serve coffee, hot and cold beverages, and other menu items according to established standards; Maintain organization, cleanliness, and restocking of cafeteria supplies and service area; Ensure the space’s presentation, guaranteeing a pleasant and harmonious environment; Monitor supply inventory and communicate restocking needs; Support events, meetings, and promotional activities held at the Sales Center; Follow hygiene, food handling, and food safety standards; Collaborate synergistically with sales and administrative teams to enhance the customer experience. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in customer service or cafeteria operations (preferred); * Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation; * Familiarity with good food handling practices. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in corporate environments, sales centers, or premium spaces; * Training courses in barista skills or customer service.
