Plan and execute onboarding programs, training, and development initiatives for operational, administrative, and leadership teams. Design and maintain updated job position and salary structures, as well as benefit policies, performance evaluations, and internal career growth plans. Monitor and supervise payroll routines, electronic time tracking, hour banks, and labor charges, ensuring compliance with legislation and union regulations. Implement and track strategic HR indicators such as organizational climate, turnover, absenteeism, and productivity. Act in conflict mediation, apply disciplinary measures, and manage employee offboarding with ethical and technical professionalism. Develop and support internal communication initiatives, internal marketing, and corporate culture strengthening. Support leaders in team building and development by creating training pathways and succession plans. Monitor Human Resources department results through performance indicators and management reports.
