




Job Summary: The professional will monitor service orders, provide technical support, assist and guide consumers, register complaints, and conduct training for the team. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct training sessions and provide technical support to the team. **Required Education** Completed High School **Preferred Education** Technical degree, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electro-electronics **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and evaluate technical assistance service orders * Provide technical support (to customers, legal department, and Procon) * Assist and guide consumers regarding products and procedures * Register and handle complaints, directing them to the responsible departments * Conduct training sessions and provide technical support to the team.
