The salary package includes **minimum wage for retail \+ commissions \+ bonuses \+ meal allowance (VA) \+ transportation allowance (VT).** Working schedule features a **fixed weekly day off** and **two Sundays per month**, one of which is worked while the other is taken as a day off.
