Prepare materials (sand, resins, pastes, or other raw materials). Compact and mold parts manually according to the molder's instructions. Assist in removing parts from molds after the process. Perform cleaning and organization of the work area and tools. Support visual quality control of parts. Comply with safety regulations and PPE requirements. Previous experience as a Molder, Production Assistant, Mold Operator, or Molding Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the tasks in this position. High school diploma required.
