Nauterra’s operations in Brazil include Gomes da Costa—the market leader in consumer preference and the largest producer of canned seafood in Latin America—2 factories, 2 distribution centers, and exports to countries such as Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct economic and financial feasibility analyses of investments through projections, scenario studies, and cash flow modeling; * Support the annual budgeting process and periodic revisions (rolling forecast / forecast), ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of reported information; * Participate in monthly management closings, performing critical analyses of results, variances, and operational performance; * Develop financial and managerial analyses of sales, expenses, margins, profitability, and industrial costs to support business decision-making; * Prepare monthly management reports for operational and executive committees, providing analytical insights and actionable recommendations; * Develop financial reports, KPIs, and analyses for corporate reporting and managerial support; * Support pricing decisions and product profitability analyses, incorporating industrial costs, margins, and commercial strategies; * Support operational and commercial areas through simulations, financial projections, cost analyses, and feasibility studies; * Monitor and analyze operational and financial performance indicators, identifying deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities; * Conduct variance analyses (forecast vs. actual), focusing on expense control, operational efficiency, and decision support; * Prepare and reconcile monthly profitability databases, ensuring integrity of financial and accounting information; * Contribute to continuous improvement and structuring of the Controller’s Office processes, pursuing automation, increased efficiency, and greater data reliability; * Collaborate continuously with operational, industrial, and business units to ensure alignment of information and strategic decision support. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Solid experience in Industrial Controlling, Industrial Costing, or related areas; * Proven experience in: cost modeling; absorption of fixed and variable costs; margin and profitability analysis; management closing; budgeting and forecasting (including rolling forecast); * Experience in an industrial environment, preferably with production plant dynamics and complex cost structures; * Strong analytical capability to identify variances, opportunities, and build managerial KPIs; * Knowledge of industrial ERP systems and strong ability to investigate and cross-reference data; * Advanced Excel; * Data handling and analysis; * Power Query (preferred); * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of BI tools for building, reading, and analyzing managerial dashboards. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in designing or improving controlling processes; * Experience with automation, data integration, or data modeling; * Knowledge of S\&OP, demand planning, or supply chain; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controlling, Finance, or related fields.
