Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and optimizing logistics operations, tracking key performance indicators, analyzing inventory, and contributing to process improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Logistics operations monitoring and optimization. 2. Key performance indicator monitoring and improvement identification. 3. Inventory analysis and managerial report preparation. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Ensure monitoring of goods receipt, movement, storage, and dispatch operations. * Monitor operational KPIs and support identification of improvement opportunities. * Conduct inventory analyses, verifications, and discrepancy resolution. * Support data integrity in the system, ensuring data reliability. * Prepare managerial reports for operational performance tracking. * Contribute to improvements in logistics processes, warehouse organization, and activity standardization. * Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth operational flow. * Handle billing and other administrative tasks related to logistics operations. What We Are Looking For: * Experience in logistics operations, warehousing, or distribution centers. * Hands-on experience with inventory control, stocktaking, and material handling. * Familiarity with WMS, Escalasoft, or similar systems. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Analytical, organized, and proactive mindset.
