Procurement Management: Conduct quotation, negotiation, and acquisition processes for materials, equipment, and services. Ensure adequate supply for construction projects and company departments. 2\. Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms with suppliers. Seek optimal cost-benefit opportunities for the company. 3\. Purchase Order Control: Issue and track purchase orders. Monitor delivery deadlines and ensure compliance with agreed terms. 4\. Supplier Management: Register, evaluate, and develop suppliers. Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, timeliness, and cost. 5\. Cost Analysis: Compare commercial proposals and analyze material and service costs.
