Support for sports and cultural teams **Job Description:** Administrative Analyst II – Sports, Culture and Events Main Responsibilities Execute procurement and contract processes, including quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, deadline tracking, supplier management, and inventory control; Perform general administrative tasks, such as issuing, filing and controlling documents, registering for sports events, and providing support to students and internal departments of the institution; Organize logistics for travel and field trips, including arranging transportation, purchasing tickets, catering, and other needs identified by departments; Organize or assist in organizing internal and external sports and school events, including logistics, team coordination, supplier contracting, scheduling, and supporting activity planning within the department; Manage and maintain control over school sports, cultural, and event-related materials; Provide support to teams in the sports and culture departments, as well as to other departments within the institution. **Requirements:** **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in any field. * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in administrative activities, with focus on procurement and/or event organization. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and availability for travel. **Benefits:** 80% tuition scholarships for children Triennial bonus Unimed health plan (adhesion-based) Dental plan through Aprofunsal (Association)
