




**Position Purpose** End-to-end monitoring of contract execution, from identification onwards, ensuring compliance with volumes, deadlines, and cadences, always pursuing excellence and addressing deviation mitigation. **Activities and Responsibilities** * Execute agricultural contracts under your responsibility regarding lead time, minimum cadence, maximum cadence, and other logistical metrics, ensuring execution in accordance with contractual terms. * Proactively address any logistical deviations occurring during the execution of contracts under your responsibility, ensuring timely and appropriate handling. * Coordinate with the contracted carrier for each contract to monitor their respective loads. * Request, obtain, input, and verify loading-related information for contracts under your responsibility, with emphasis on loaded weight and unloaded weight. * Ensure information flow to other user areas, proactively reporting to them and upon request. * Act as an operational catalyst for each contract, interfacing with various stakeholders involved in the logistics process. * Proactively report to your manager, flagging occurrences, pending items, and the status of routines under your responsibility. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, or Logistics * Currently pursuing a postgraduate program in the field **Desirable:** * 2 to 5 years of experience in the role **Behavioral Competencies We Seek:** * Proactivity * Collaborative Mindset * Logical Reasoning * Resilience * Critical Thinking * Communication Skills * Sense of Urgency * Priority Management * Organization and Clarity in Presenting Ideas * Risk Awareness **Technical Competencies We Seek:** * Proficiency in Data Analysis and Processing Tools (Power Query, Power BI, Tableau) * Basic Teaching Skills * Proficiency in Commercial Mathematics * KPI Interpretation * Medium-Complexity Negotiation * Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite
