From the simplest moments to the most special ones, we help make life tastier for many people. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Handle low- to medium-complexity processes, identifying improvement opportunities and suggesting changes. * Lead projects within your area of expertise. \- Analyze data/information and prepare studies to support decision-making. \- Receive occasional guidance from leadership or more senior professionals to carry out responsibilities. * Act corporately by supporting the Brazil VP Commercial Team in order intake from Sales Managers, performing tracking (cargo monitoring from factory to customer), and driving volume growth in Direct Sales. * Interface with Primary Logistics and DRP, working within a team to ensure synergy in decision-making for managing Direct Sales (order intake and delivery). * Analyze stock availability and coordinate replenishment requests with Regional Customer and DRP. * Define the optimal service model (field sales or direct sales) jointly with the area supervisor, analyzing orders while considering SKUs and quantities. * Generate service information and portfolio visibility for clients (management level), developing client-specific scorecards. * Monitor Direct Sales KPIs, identify deviations, map root causes, and propose corrective actions or measures to neutralize root causes. * Comply with guidelines established in BRF’s Sustainability Policy and ensure adherence to BRF’s Sustainability Plan through routine activities that promote management, compliance with indicators, and global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring alignment between individual actions and sustainable development across the BRF value chain. **Academic Qualifications** ---------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. **Desired Qualifications** ------------------------- * Experience in the role. * Relationship-focused mindset. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency.
