




Today, Segala's is among the leading companies in Brazil for refrigerated food distribution, with over 34 years of market experience, serving the Food Service and Retail segments. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor fleet performance daily. * Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and conduct standards. * Monitor vehicle temperature and conditions. * Conduct checklists and verify documentation and safety. * Serve as the liaison between freight carriers, assistants, and operations. * Manage legal deadlines (vehicle licensing, driver’s license, ANTT regulations, insurance). * Track KPIs and develop action plans. * Guide and engage freight carriers according to company standards. * Identify route, maintenance, and operational efficiency improvements. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Prior experience in this role. **Additional information** **Work schedule: Monday to Friday, business hours, with a 1.5-hour lunch break.** * Basic food basket * Hazard pay and attendance bonus * Meal or food allowance of BRL 57.00 per working day; * Social Life Card (available 90 days after hiring); * UNIMED Health Plan (available 90 days after hiring; monthly fee and co-payment borne by the employee); * UNIODONTO Dental Plan (available 90 days after hiring; monthly fee and co-payment borne by the employee).
