Support in financial modeling and budgeting **About the Company:** " Confidential " **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Develop and automate executive dashboards for unified monitoring of the Group's business units (multi-sector performance); Analyze performance metrics and real estate asset indicators (vacancy, profitability, appreciation) to optimize Group revenue (commercial intelligence and real estate); Monitor cost and productivity KPIs, including generation performance and operational efficiency across the Group's various business verticals; Support financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and tracking of implementation indicators for new businesses within the Group’s verticals; Support budget (budget and forecast) construction and review, develop critical analyses of variances, and build predictive financial scenario models. Prepare management reports and presentations for the Group’s Executive Management, translating data into clear, strategic recommendations and improvement opportunities; Collaborate with the Information Technology department to enhance data infrastructure, integrate systems (ERPs), and automate processes, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability; Collect, organize, and analyze financial and operational data from the Group’s various business verticals; guide journal entries and cost centers; structure/monitor chart of accounts; configure accounting/tax applications; manage document workflows; advise on document classification and accounting treatments, in partnership with the current Accounting department. **REQUIREMENTS:** Strong knowledge of managerial accounting, strategic controlling, or BI – Business Intelligence and data analysis. Experience in indicator- and performance-driven environments (familiarity with SAP and Totvs ERPs). Advanced Excel proficiency and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Sharp analytical ability and systemic business vision BI experience; Advanced Office suite proficiency. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting Sciences (preferred) or related fields such as Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, or Information Technology; **BENEFITS:** Unimed Health Plan and Dental Plan **SALARY:** Salary expectations will be evaluated. **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday — 08:00 to 18:00.
