**Job Description:** ---------------------- Prepare parametric, preliminary, and executive budgets, including quantity takeoffs and verification. Standardize budget compositions and conduct comparative cost analyses among construction methods and projects. Monitor physical and financial schedules, project cost performance, and integration between planning and budgeting. Support and advise site teams on budget-related questions and conduct internal training sessions. Monitor the linkage of purchase orders and requests to the approved budget. Assess environmental impacts, energy efficiency, resource utilization, and cost-benefit of materials, construction methods, and technologies. Stay updated on industry innovations affecting financial estimates and project sustainability. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Intermediate Excel proficiency; Experience with budgeting; Knowledge of ERP Mega and Prevision systems. Familiarity with sustainable construction practices.
