**BILLING ANALYST** **\#1385** **Responsibilities:** * Issue NF\-e and NFS\-e in accordance with tax regulations applicable to transportation and warehousing; * Verify service orders, delivery manifests, TMS data, and reports prior to billing; * Validate freight rate tables, contracted prices, and commercial agreements; * Ensure accurate entry of information into Operational, Commercial, and Financial departments; * Verify taxes, withholdings, and tax rules (ISS, INSS, IR, PIS/COFINS, CFOP, CST); * Organize and send tax documents to customers; * Handle discrepancies, cancellations, and reissues; * Maintain updated billing spreadsheets; * Support audits with reports and documentation; * Ensure tax, contractual, and internal compliance across all processes. **Requirements:** * Experience in billing, preferably in logistics or transportation; * Knowledge of tax regulations and taxation; * Proficiency in ERP/TMS systems and intermediate Excel; * Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Administration, Logistics, * Accounting, or related fields is considered a plus. * Operational and financial knowledge of transportation. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Transportation allowance: BRL 1,200.00 * Life insurance * Educational partnership program * Market-competitive salary * Working hours: Business hours – Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) * Work model: On-site – Ilhota/SC \#billing \#nfe \#taxregulations \#transportation \#warehousing \#serviceorder \#deliverymanifest \#tms \#freightratetables \#contractedprice \#commercialagreement \#dataentry \#taxes \#spreadsheets \#audits \#processes Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree * transportation allowance * life insurance * educational partnership program
