**Activities** * Control and monitor the operation of approximately 25 collection vehicles. * Enter routes and information into the system. * Support the organization of routes and operational demands. * Monitor incidents and support resolution of operational issues. * Maintain up-to-date operational controls and records. * Ensure proper flow of operational information. * Maintain active communication with drivers and team **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in logistics, transportation, or related fields. * Experience managing fleets or drivers. * Proficiency with systems and administrative routines. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Good communication skills. **Availability for business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.).** **Desirable** * Experience with route planning or transportation operations. * Knowledge of Excel. * Experience monitoring logistics KPIs. * Responsibilities and Duties * Accuracy in entering routes and information. * Efficient control of fleet and drivers. * Adherence to established deadlines and routes. * Low rate of operational failures. * Organization and updating of operational controls. * Agility in resolving incidents.
