**Your responsibilities will include:**
* Serving as the focal point for client, exporter, and freight forwarder communications, ensuring acquisition, validation, and dissemination of shipment-related information.
* Controlling and updating shipment tracking spreadsheets and systems, including arrivals and process statuses.
* Sending invoices for foreign exchange settlement, ensuring compliance with deadlines and financial instructions.
* Creating, registering, updating, and maintaining import processes in the Conexos and Trivenix systems.
* Validating NCM codes and product descriptions with clients, ensuring fiscal, regulatory, and documentary compliance.
* Performing administrative handling of goods, analyzing requirements for Import Licenses (LI), Radar enrollment status, NVE classification, insurance, prohibited items, CAMEX list, anti-dumping measures, ex\-tariff regimes, and tax reduction agreements.
* Preparing and maintaining customer Radar credit limit controls.
* Issuing Import Licenses (LI) where applicable, and monitoring their approval and any related requirements.
* Monitoring cargo status with clients, exporters, and freight forwarders via e\-mail and telephone, ensuring clear and timely communication.
* Requesting international freight quotations from the Shipping team.
* Preparing and sending shipping instructions to freight forwarders, including booking details, deadlines, and estimated shipment dates.
* Verifying, validating, and correcting shipping documents such as Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, HAWB, HBL, certificates, CE Mercante, and other relevant documents.
* Monitoring the arrival of original documents and ensuring their conformity with previously approved documents and with the LI, where applicable.
* Requesting and forwarding payment details to clients, ensuring clarity and traceability of information.
* Tracking cargo arrival at destination and keeping clients informed about process progress.
* Collaborating with the Customs team to prepare the Import Declaration (DI) and DUIMP, ensuring compliance with current legislation and operational deadlines.
