




We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and committed **Treasury Analyst** to handle daily, weekly, and monthly financial routines. The role requires strong analytical skills, a sense of urgency, and proven experience in the field. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Perform daily bank reconciliation and consolidate complete reconciliations during monthly closing; \- Verify and reconcile intercompany transactions, anticipated payments, and various financial movements. \- Manage received invoices, DDA, and overdue bills, conducting analysis, resolving pending issues, and forwarding them to responsible departments. \- Monitor overdue invoices weekly and outstanding items over 90 days, ensuring proper follow-up and clearance. \- Enter, verify, and track payments in Internet Banking, ensuring deadlines and approval of CNAB files. \- Monitor bank balances, perform transfers between accounts, and identify redemption needs according to cash flow. \- Generate daily financial reports, identify discrepancies, and communicate necessary adjustments.\- Prepare the monthly financial reconciliation report. \- Send payment proofs to the Legal department. \- Create payment links in PAGARME and monitor their clearance.\- Record and update entries related to sales advances. **Requirements and Qualifications:** \- Completed bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. \- Proven experience in treasury, accounts payable, and cash flow management. \- Experience with ERP systems, Internet Banking, and reconciliation procedures.\- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. \- Knowledge of DDA, CNAB, and online payment platforms such as PAGARME. **Behavioral Competencies:** \- Organization and methodology for managing multiple processes. \- Attention to detail and rigor in financial verification. \- Proactivity and problem-solving ability. \- Clear and objective communication with internal and external teams. \- Ethics and integrity in executing financial processes.
