About the position: * Ensure implementation of policies and procedures that guarantee safety and operational efficiency at the fuel station; support team development; collaborate with other departments; and possess strong communication, teamwork, leadership, and sales skills. Knowledge of goal and performance indicator management. Key responsibilities: * Ensure execution of activities related to the Fuel Pump Area, Oil Change Service, and Convenience Store; * Ensure the team adheres to the “Posto Galo” Customer Service Standard; * Support the manager in achieving business targets through staff training and performance monitoring; * Manage inventory of all products according to the periodicity specified in company policies; * Conduct cash register opening, closing, and reconciliation procedures; * Train fuel pump and convenience store staff on company procedures and policies, and assist with work scheduling; * Execute merchandising initiatives; * Maintain operational equipment and facility infrastructure (plumbing, electrical systems, etc.) across the entire fuel station premises; * Manage customer and staff conflicts in the manager’s absence; * Monitor overall station operations and ensure smooth workflow. Mandatory requirements: * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; * Experience managing teams; * Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Familiarity with Quality Management tools; * Knowledge of process and inventory management; * Proficiency in sales techniques; * Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; * Professional demeanor, ethics, and punctuality; * Proactivity.
