Job Summary: The S&OP Analyst will optimize the supply chain and strategically align sales and operations by analyzing data, developing demand plans, and collaborating across teams. The S\&OP Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing the supply chain and ensuring strategic alignment between sales and operations. This professional will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, developing demand plans, and collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient execution of the S\&OP plan. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collect, analyze, and interpret sales and inventory data to identify patterns and trends. * Facilitate S\&OP meetings to review and adjust plans according to market demands. * Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure effective execution of the S\&OP plan. * Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement in S\&OP processes. * Monitor S\&OP performance and propose corrective actions when necessary. * Participate in continuous improvement projects related to supply chain and operations. * Stay updated on best practices and industry trends in sales and operations planning. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related field; * Analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of data; * Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams; * Experience with Protheus system is considered a plus. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Meal Voucher; * Flexible Benefits Program; * Life Insurance; * Totalpass; * Birthday Day Off; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave (Citizen Company Program); * Growth opportunities aligned with your delivery pace.
