Job Summary: Develop and manage the planning of security and monitoring projects, monitor execution, prepare documentation and reports, and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of security and monitoring projects. 2. Acting at the interface between sales, engineering, and operations. 3. Focus on agile methodologies and cost control. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and manage project planning for security and monitoring, ensuring timelines, costs, and quality. * Monitor project execution alongside technical teams and suppliers. * Prepare project documentation, generate reports and presentations for Status Report meetings. * Conduct requirements gathering with project stakeholders. * Identify and monitor risks to mitigate impacts on project delivery. * Ensure project deliverables comply with electronic security standards and industry best practices. * Act as liaison between sales, engineering, and operations to ensure project delivery according to the defined scope. * Follow Protec’s project management methodology and propose adjustments and improvements. ✅ **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. * Prior experience supporting task schedule planning. * Desired knowledge: Basic understanding of project management tools (e.g., Trello). * Basic knowledge of **agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban). * Understanding of **cost control**, budgeting, and scheduling. * Proficiency in **status reporting** and **presentations**.
