




We are seeking an **Electronics Assistant** to work in the **Warranty (RMA) Department**, responsible for technical and operational handling of warranty requests, defect analysis, minor repairs on electronic products, and supporting consumers regarding product usage. **Key Responsibilities** * Analysis and **approval of warranty requests (RMA)**; * Authorization of shipment and receipt of warranty products; * Conducting **diagnostic defect analysis**; * Performing **minor electronic repairs**, including soldering for component and battery replacement; * Creating, tracking, and closing **Service Orders (SO)** in the system; * Recording **goods receipt notes** and generating **return invoices**; * Registering and managing technical and administrative information related to service interactions; * Addressing consumer inquiries regarding **product usage and operation**; * Providing support for after\-sales service when necessary (B2C and B2B). **Requirements** * Completed **high school education** or completed **technical course**; * Course in **Basic Electronics**; * Basic knowledge of electronic components, soldering, and fault diagnosis; * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in **customer service centers, customer support, or after\-sales service** (B2C and/or B2B); * Experience with RMA processes, technical assistance, or technical support; * Experience with Service Order management systems or ERP systems. **What We Offer** * Competitive compensation aligned with the role; * Collaborative and growing work environment; * Opportunities for professional development; * Ongoing training and capacity building; * Benefits: **meal allowance, health insurance**, among others (per company policy).
