This is a professional development opportunity within a dynamic environment, featuring direct interaction with students, instructors, and administrative and operational routines. **Responsibilities:** * Support in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp client service, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience; * Assist with front-desk administrative routines and internal system operations; * Support lead generation initiatives and internal sales campaigns; * Assist consultants and instructors with daily operational requests; * Help manage entry and exit records for students and visitors; * Contribute to organizing and maintaining unit facilities; * Participate in internal training sessions for continuous development. **Desired Profile:** * **Strong communication and friendliness** — to build rapport with students and convey confidence; * **Proactivity** — willingness to assist instructors and students in daily activities; * **Organization** — commitment to maintaining an appropriate and functional training environment; * **Empathy** — ability to understand each student’s limitations and needs; * **Teamwork** — collaboration with colleagues and supervisors; * **Enthusiasm and energy** — motivating personality capable of conveying engagement during workouts and classes; * **Willingness to learn** — openness to absorbing guidance and industry best practices.
