Job Summary: Responsible for delivering technical training, providing specialized support, and participating in strategic projects with strong market engagement and frequent travel. Development of in-person and online technical training Responsible for delivering brand-specific technical training, providing specialized support to customers and commercial partners, monitoring area KPIs, and participating in Frahm's strategic programs and projects. This role requires strong market interaction and full availability for frequent travel. **Key Responsibilities:** * Deliver in-person and online technical training to installers, distributors, and internal teams. * Travel to conduct training sessions, on-site follow-ups, and activities with customers and partners. * Provide specialized technical support, clarifying questions regarding products, applications, and installations. * Monitor and report training area KPIs and distributor sell-out metrics. * Actively participate in Frahm's programs. * Attend corporate events, product demonstrations, and strategic projects. * Contribute to improvements in training materials, processes, and methodologies. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education degree in fields such as Electronics, Electrotechnics, Engineering, or related disciplines. * Driver's license category B. * Full availability for travel. * Experience in technical support, installations, or electronic products (preferred). * Strong communication and teaching skills for conducting training sessions. **Desired Profile:** * Clear communication and comfort speaking in public. * Organized and responsible in managing schedules and travel. * Proactive and consultative attitude. * Affinity with technology and continuous learning. * Good interpersonal relationships and collaborative approach.
