




Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for managing employee onboarding records, payroll processing, social charges, terminations, vacation scheduling, and social security benefits, while staying up-to-date with labor legislation. Key Highlights: 1. Complete payroll and social charges management 2. Control and calculation of employee vacations and terminations 3. Continuous updates on labor legislation and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Process all legal documentation required for employee onboarding; * Prepare and process company payroll and social charges payment forms; * Prepare calculations and supporting documentation for employee terminations; * Monitor and calculate employee vacation periods; * Periodically update information regarding worker categories (CBAs) and labor legislation; * Advise companies on labor relationship-related inquiries; * Prepare documentation required for social security benefit submissions; * Prepare and submit the following annual ancillary obligations; * Prepare and submit eSocial-related information; * Prepare and submit DCTF-web-related information.
