If you enjoy technology, like discovering new places during technical visits, have experience in telecommunications—or simply the willingness to learn—send us your resume! **This and all other positions advertised are open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in customer installations; * Assist in customer maintenance; * Accompany preventive network maintenance when required; * Assist in repairing fiber-optic networks; * Request materials from the warehouse; * Safeguard company assets; * Use tools to measure network parameters; * Provide support and safety to technicians using PPEs; * Use PPE; * Use company software; * Answer phone calls; * Contact customers via telephone; * Drive company vehicles; * Clean and maintain an organized workplace. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Electrical networks; Computer literacy; Computer networking. **Education:** Completed high school. **Requirement:** Valid Brazilian driver's license category B. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Tuesday to Saturday, 08:00 \- 12:00 \- 13:12 \- 18:00 Opportunity for on-site work in Lages, SC Since 1997, we have been guided by customer centricity, delivering telecommunications solutions for residential, corporate, and government clients.
