Job Summary: Responsible for manufacturing and fitting components on milling machines, lathes, planers, and drilling machines, as well as assisting with maintenance of machinery and equipment. This success has only been possible thanks to continuous investments in modern equipment, cutting-edge technology, and employee training—making Trombini a benchmark for competence and competitiveness in the market. **Responsibilities and Duties** Job Responsibilities Description: Manufacture components on milling machines and lathes according to drawings, samples, or sketches, observing specific tolerances and fits; Perform component adjustments using planers and drilling machines; Assist with preventive, corrective maintenance, and improvements of machinery, equipment, and components, as well as assemblies, finishing, general installations, and welding activities; Operate maintenance equipment and tools when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** Vocational training in Lathe Operation; Preferred: Technical course currently underway or completed, provided the discipline corresponding to this role has already been covered, completed, and passed with a passing grade. **Additional Information** Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM Benefits: Transportation Allowance or internal parking; Health Insurance Plan; Dental Insurance Plan; Cafeteria; Meal Voucher (BRL 550.00); Pharmacy Card; Profit-Sharing Program; Childcare/School Assistance and/or Babysitting Assistance — for children up to 6 years old #### **For over 60 years, we are made of people!
