This success has been possible only through continuous investment in modern equipment, cutting-edge technology, and employee training—making Trombini a benchmark for competence and competitiveness in the market. **Responsibilities and Duties** Job Responsibilities Description: Manufacture components on milling machines and lathes according to drawings, samples, or sketches, observing specified tolerances and fits; Perform component adjustments using planers and drilling machines; Assist in preventive, corrective maintenance and machine/equipment/component improvements, as well as general assembly, finishing, installation, and welding activities; Operate maintenance equipment and tools, as necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** Vocational training in Lathe Operation; Technical course (in progress or completed) is desirable, provided that the discipline corresponding to this role has already been covered, completed, and passed with a passing grade. **Additional Information** Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM Benefits: Transportation Allowance or internal parking; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Cafeteria; Meal Allowance: BRL 550.00; Pharmacy Card; Profit-Sharing Program; Childcare/School Assistance and/or Babysitting Assistance — for children up to 6 years old #### **For over 60 years, we’ve been built by people!
