**Logistics Coordinator \- Fraiburgo \- SC \#1363** 1 vacancy ZIP Code: 89\.580\-000 **Salary and benefits**: negotiable * Lunch provided at the company * Attendance bonus (after probation period) * Discount at network stores (after probation period) * Useful card agreement (after probation period) Working hours: business hours from Monday to Friday **Main responsibilities:** * Coordinate logistics operations related to receiving, storage, picking, replenishment, and distribution of perishable and non-perishable products; * Ensure continuous supply to stores and units within deadlines and quality standards; * Supervise inventory, transportation, checking, and dispatching teams, ensuring productivity and achievement of targets; * Plan and control delivery routes and transportation schedules, optimizing costs and delivery times; * Monitor logistics KPIs (OTIF, service level, losses, transportation costs, inventory accuracy); * Implement and oversee good practices policies for storage, handling, and food transportation, complying with sanitary regulations; * Guarantee control over product expiration dates, temperature, and integrity throughout the entire logistics process; * Support purchasing and sales departments in demand planning and inventory control; * Manage periodic inventories, analyzing discrepancies and proposing process improvements; * Develop and train operational staff by conducting training sessions and standardizing procedures; * Monitor contracts with carriers and logistics suppliers, negotiating deadlines and costs; * Prepare management reports and present results to senior management, focusing on efficiency and cost reduction. **Mandatory requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering or related fields; * Proven experience in retail food logistics, preferably within supermarket chains, wholesale clubs or distribution centers; * Knowledge in inventory management, warehousing, and transportation of perishable goods; * Proficiency in management systems (ERP/WMS/TMS) and advanced Excel; * Familiarity with GMP – Good Manufacturing and Storage Practices, RDC 216/2004 and other ANVISA regulations; * Ability to lead operational teams, develop people, and enforce operational discipline; * Analytical, proactive profile focused on results; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and decision-making under pressure. **Desirable requirements:** * Experience with refrigerated transport and traceability of food products. * Postgraduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Operations Management; * Experience in logistics optimization projects and cost reduction; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * lunch provided at the company * attendance bonus * network store discounts * Util card agreement
